We collect only the data necessary to provide our services — your account details, hardware identifiers for licensing, and streaming service tokens for music integrations. We never sell your data to third parties. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Smart Home Programming is an Australian business operated by David Brunnen, based in South East Queensland. We develop and sell RTI control system drivers and related services.
When you create a store account, we collect:
Our driver licensing system uses your RTI processor's MAC address as a unique hardware identifier. This is required to generate and validate licence keys. Each licence is tied to one MAC address.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We retain order history, licence keys, and payment status.
If you use our drivers with streaming services (Spotify, Tidal, or YouTube Music), we store authentication tokens on our server to maintain your connection. These tokens:
When you submit a support ticket, we store the ticket content, your replies, and any diagnostic information you provide to help resolve your issue.
We use your data solely to provide and improve our services:
